WORLD MENTAL HEALTH WEEK: RECOVERY WALK

As part of the club’s commitment to supporting World Mental Health Week along with EFL partner charity Mind, Hatters chairman David Wilkinson and press & media manager Stuart Hammonds took part in a ‘Recovery Walk’ around Luton on Tuesday morning.

Organised by the Bedfordshire & Luton Recovery College, the walk was preceded by a football match put by the Luton Town Community Trust at Stockwood Park, and closed by entertainment and information stands in St George’s Square, including the Trust’s inflatable football dartboard.

The three-hour walk down from Stockwood and around the town took in stops and informative talks at various services that offer help and support to anyone who may be living with a mental health illness and other issues.

Here are the locations and contact details of the agencies and charities who may be able to provide you with help if you require it at any time.
