In return for their match ticket from their booklet for the fixture, supporters would receive a voucher to use at food and drink kiosks around the ground at future games, or at the club shop. That ticket can then be used by a supporter on the waiting list, who otherwise wouldn't be able to attend, due to the fact the game is sold out.
