Axel Piesold will spend the 2024/25 season on loan in Northern Ireland with Cliftonville, subject to international clearance.

This is the 19-year-old midfielder’s first loan spell in senior football after being involved in multiple first team matchday squads since February 2023.

The Northern Ireland Premiership outfit finished third and lifted the Irish Cup for the first time in 45 years last season before missing out on UEFA Europa Conference League qualification in July.
