The high-flying Hatters Ladies welcome Bowers & Pitsea, who are eighth in the Eastern Region Women’s Football League Premier Division, for a 2pm kick-off on Sunday.
All supporters are welcome to the game, with manager Nikki Baker saying: “We can’t wait to play back at Kenilworth Road, it’s a special occasion for the girls and management too.
“For me, as a life-long Luton Town fan, it’s great to be able to play there, especially after magical things have happened this season.
“We’re still pushing for a top two finish and having two of our last four games at Kenilworth Road is a massive boost, and makes players work harder to want to be in the starting line-up.
“It will be great to get a decent crowd as we are also raising money for 10-year-old Luton girl Renai, towards her life saving treatment. It’s such a heart breaking story and we want to help if we can.”
Admission is £3 for adults and £1 for children, with 50 per cent of all proceeds from the game being donated to the fundraising effort for little Renai to receive treatment after being diagnosed with a brain tumour last December.
Many supporters will know that Renai is battling Grade 4 diffuse midline glioma, with life expectancy of less than a year, and so far just over £200k of the £250k target has been raised to help her receive life-lengthening treatment available in America and Germany.
It would be fantastic to see as many Hatters as possible getting behind her and her family – and in turn, Luton Town Ladies – by attending the game at the Kenny on Sunday.
Alternatively, donations can also be made to Renai’s fund via the link below...
