The meeting takes place at Luton Town Hall, starting at 4pm and will go on for as long as needed for the decision to be made by the Committee once all agenda items have concluded. A decision is not expected before 10pm.
We anticipate that there will be a great deal of interest from supporters in the meeting and the outcome. As such we will be opening up the Eric Morecambe Lounge to supporters free of charge to watch the live stream. Our bar will be available, with limited hot food available. Parking will be available in the Maple Road East car park, with entry via the main reception from 3.30pm.
Please let us know using the form below if you are planning on attending the live stream in the Eric Morecable on the 11th:
Although the meeting is a public meeting, there is strictly limited capacity for members of the public at the Town Hall, and as such the council and BBC 3 Counties will be streaming the meeting live via their Facebook page online: https://www.facebook.com/lutoncouncil/ or https://www.facebook.com/BBC3CR/
