After helping preserve a 14th league clean sheet of the campaign and secure a third successive win of the week, the defensive midfielder said: “I don’t know how we do it but every game we just seem to dig in, fight, and at the moment, we are getting three points!

“On the pitch every single game, everyone wants to fight for each other, fight for the manager and fight for the club so we have to dig in and get results.”

Speaking after his 22nd appearance of the season, Osho is relishing his role in the team and hopes to play ‘as many games as possible’ between now and the end of the season.

Heading into yet another big week, the 23-year-old said: “I know it’s cliché but you have to take it a game at a time but that is the aim. I think after Chelsea we have a big week – Middlesbrough, Coventry and QPR. We have to attack every game as it comes now.

“Two away games and one home. I believe we can go and win all three, I think that is how we have to approach every single game and then see where we are at the end of the week.”

Before that is the small matter of world champions Chelsea coming to Kenilworth Road for the Emirates FA Cup fifth round tie and Osho is ready to seize the moment against some of the world’s best players.

“I think when they come here, they are going to be in for a game. As a squad everyone is ready to play in that game and we are all looking forward to it. It is going to be surprising for them honestly, when the fans start going, I’m sure it is going to be interesting!

“Every time we play, we know the fans are going to get behind us. We know there are going to be spells in games where we’re not as good but as long as we can capitilise when we are playing well and the fans are with us then it’s great.”
