Vacancy | Academy Sports Scientist

Luton Town Football Club is seeking to appoint a Casual Academy Assistant Sports Scientist, to work within our academy.

The successful candidate will be committed and passionate in successfullydeveloping football players. Reporting to the Academy Lead Sport Scientist, the post-holder will:

• Assist in the development and implementation of the Academy’s Sports Science plan in line with the Club’s overall strategy for developing elite players.

• Support the Academy Lead Sport Scientist in delivering sport science services to the Professional Development squad.

• Assist and manage the provision of sport science support across the Academy (U9-18s).

• Implement sport science testing to track physical development across the season.

• Monitor growth and maturation of Academy players.
