Update from the Ticket Office on postponed and rearranged fixtures

Understandably the Ticket Office was receiving a lot of calls and emails regarding the current ticketing situation in relation to postponed fixtures over the last couple of weeks. The following information will assist supporters, who are advised that the Ticket Office is closed on Bank Holiday Monday, and will reopen at 10am on Tuesday 4th January...

A rescheduled date will be announced in due course.

Coventry City (A) – New Year’s Day

Tickets for this fixture will remain valid for any rearranged date. A rescheduled date will be announced in due course.

Any supporter who wishes to obtain a refund on tickets purchased can do so on the return of their tickets to the Ticket Office.

Once a rescheduled date is announced we will also advise the last date supporters can return tickets to obtain their refund.

We would like to thank all supporters for their patience and understanding as you have waited for information about the rearrangements.

The volume of the postponements and the logistical arrangements of having to tie in with several other clubs, made more complex by the time of year and other games still taking place or being cancelled at late notice, means that details aren't always readily available.

We will endeavour to bring you any updates as soon as we possibly can, but it is important that we give accurate information. Please be aware that the Ticket Office is now closed until Tuesday 4th January.

Sadly it will be without a game to attend tomorrow, but please have a Happy New Year.

Stay safe and well and here's to a great 2022, Hatters!
