The Ticket Office phone lines are closed today whilst staff continue to work through the increasing number of emails we have received requesting to upgrade and downgrade tickets that supporters have purchased online. We will focus primarily on upgrades.
We will also look at trying to make changes to the most urgent move requests. However, at this stage we must advise we will not be able to clear all requests for changes that have booked incorrectly online.
No changes can be made from 11.30am today (Friday), as at that stage the bar-coding request files are sent to Wembley.
We request that any supporter who has not received their digital tickets contact via email only to ticketoffice@lutontown.co.uk. These will be worked on from 12 Noon and we will request replacement digital tickets from Wembley.
