It’s been a season in which the Town have defied the odds and where we’ve silenced our critics who never gave us a hope of earning ourselves a realistic chance of another Premier League season, and one where supporters can play a major role to continue yet another season of progression.
But it’s not just on the pitch where progress continues. Come what may, we’re continuing to make great strides off the field too, with a range of positive steps being taken across many departments during this close season.
Preparations are gathering pace that will elevate the Club’s digital platforms, which will improve our communications and online image to every corner of our supporter base.
This will be a significant overhaul of our back-end infrastructure which starts with a new customer relationship management (CRM) system which records the history of everyone’s direct relationship with the Club, plus a new information management system helping our media team coordinate the broadcasting of a richer content for all.
These improvements will fundamentally support the introduction of a new official website, new official mobile app and a new platform for social media interaction.
Furthermore, information on season cards for the 2024/25 season will be announced once the curtain comes down on the current campaign. Memberships will be available to purchase shortly afterwards once these back-end systems are integrated.
We apologise for the slight delay in you being able to renew your season card, and thank you for your patience while these technical renovations are implemented, but an improved normal order will resume by the time our new season kicks-off.
