TEAM NEWS | PETERBOROUGH UNITED V LUTON TOWN

Town boss Nathan Jones has made nine changes for tonight's Checkatrade Trophy match against Peterborough United from the side that defeated Wycombe Wanderers 2-0 on Saturday afternoon.

Harry Cornick and Matty Pearson are the only survivors, with Alan Sheehan coming into captain the side this evening.

Marek Stech makes his first start since the 3-1 defeat at the ABAX Stadium in the league, whilst Lloyd Jones comes in to partner Pearson at centre back.

Jack James makes his first senior start for the Hatters as he replaces Jack Stacey, with Alan McCormack, Jorge Grant and Arthur Read coming into midfield.

Kazenga LuaLua and Aaron Jarvis - both have netted in the competition so far this campaign - replace James Collins and Elliot Lee.

The Town team: Stech, James, Pearson, Jones, Sheehan, McCormack, Grant, Read, LuaLua, Cornick, Jarvis.

On the bench: Isted, Justin, Bradley, Stacey, Rea, Mpanzu, Neufville.
