Following the 2-1 victory against Bristol City prior to the New Year, the gaffer has opted to make wholesale changes for this afternoon’s match.

Simon Sluga remains in-between the sticks but in-front of him is an entirely new back four.

James Bree returns from injury to make his third start of the season, whilst there is a debut at centre-back for Gabriel Osho.

Dan Potts partners the ex-Reading defender and Brendan Galloway makes his first competitive start of the season since suffering a long-lasting injury in the defeat to Brentford last season.

Elliot Lee and George Moncur join Ryan Tunnicliffe and Joe Morrell in midfield, the latter who starts his fourth match for the Hatters, the first since the 0-0 draw against Coventry City.

Danny Hylton is alongside Sam Nombe up-front, which marks the first match he has started for the club after a handful of appearances from the bench.
