TAKE ON FELLOW HATTERS – AND HARRY CORNICK – IN THE FIRST OF OUR FIFA 20 TOURNAMENTS!

With no action out on the Kenilworth Road pitch for the time being, we’ve organised the next best thing as everyone follows the government guidelines to stay at home – a Luton Town FIFA 20 Tournament!

We have a fantastic prize on offer for the winner of each of the tournaments we run during the enforced break – the opportunity to be part of a special LTFC FIFA XI that is invited to join the Hatters’ official team photo for 2020-21!

You will also get to keep your shirt from the photo, which you will have the chance to get signed if you wish by the players on the day.

Entrants will be competing against fellow Hatters supporters and one of the senior Town squad – with striker Harry Cornick the first to sign up for our initial tournament taking place on PlayStation.

Entry costs just £10 and there are 100 places available in each tournament.

We will be making a donation from the proceeds – which will help in some way to keep the club operating during this unforeseen spell with no matchday income – to our club charity of the season, Signposts.

The first tournament will be played on PlayStation, with the second tournament at a later date taking place on Xbox.

Both tournaments will be a randomly seeded, one-v-one, single elimination tournament played using online friendlies with up-to-date squad lists.Participants must be aged 16 or older, those under 18 must have parental/guardian consent to take part in the tournament.

HOW TO JOIN:

To sign up for the PlayStation tournament, please click here to be redirected to Hatters World.

You will then be emailed a unique code to join the tournament but before you join you will need to sign up for a Battlefy account, from which your fixtures will be distributed - https://battlefy.com/account/signup

You will receive your first opponent’s details by 11am on the matchday, and result confirmation must be returned within 20 minutes after the game.

For any result not completed, the match will be decided by a toss of a coin and LTFC will have sole decision-making authority on any disputes.

Only one entry per person is permitted and the deadline for entry is 5pm on Friday 3rd April.

Good luck!
