The 28-year-old, who has three caps for his country, has been called up for international duty once again and will be away from Tuesday 25 May to Tuesday 8 June for training ahead of the Euro’s taking place this summer.

Sluga played a key role in Luton’s 12th place finish this season, keeping 13 clean-sheets in all competitions, and he will hope to play his part in Croatia’s group matches against England, Scotland and Czech Republic, should he been included in their final squad for the competition.

In more international news, midfielder Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu has earned his first call-up for DR Congo and will hope to feature in their friendly match against Tunisia in June and later on this year in their World Cup qualifier against Tanzania.

Everyone at Kenilworth Road would like to congratulate the pair on their international involvement this summer!
