Representing Luton Town in the final against Nether Green Junior School (Sheffield United), the Year 6 boys were 2-0 winners before the play-off final took place.

Oliver Wilde opened the scoring for the young Hatters, who saw off a spirited effort from Nether Green Junior School, represented by Sheffield United.

Describing his first-half strike, Wilde said: "No one was pressuring me when I was on the ball, so I just thought I’d have a shot and thankfully I scored – it was a great feeling!"

Sacred Heart doubled their advantage as Phillip Przybylski converted a free-kick from the edge of the area, unleashing a powerful effort into the top right corner.

The Sacred Heart youngster said: "Now I can say I’ve scored at Wembley and I’ve lifted a trophy at Wembley. I’m going to be telling the whole school about it!"
