The 28-year-old joined the Hatters in 2019 and was part of the squad that produced the Great Escape on the final day of the 2019-20 season and helped maintain their second-tier status the following campaign with a successful 12th place finish.

He made 68 appearances in total, scoring three times. His first was a memorable winner against Middlesbrough, while the following two came the season just gone in back-to-back wins versus Sheffield Wednesday and Nottingham Forest.
