ROBERT 'MUSKY' ROE ON THE ROAD TO RECOVERY!

At difficult times like everyone is experiencing at the moment, it is lovely for everyone connected with Luton Town Football Club to receive and be able to share messages like the one below that we received from lifelong supporter Robert 'Musky' Roe this morning, who has been ill with coronavirus but is thankfully now home form hospital and recovering well...

Good Morning,

Just sending a big thank-you to all the players and staff at Luton Town FC.

I was admitted to hospital few weeks ago and tested positive for Covid 19. I received some beautiful messages and prayers from a lot of the players and staff at the Club, and a video message from Izzy Brown. It really perked me up while I was fighting this terrible virus.

I am now recovering at home and am on the road to recovery.

One of the first things I did when I was sent home to recover was purchase my new Season Ticket.

I hope you can pass on my thanks to them all.

Best wishes to them all and tell them to keep safe.

Love My Team - Luton Till I Die.

All the staff at the L&D hospital were amazing.

Yours sincerely,

Robert Roe (otherwise known as Musky)

We are so glad you are recovering well Robert and if we played a part in any small way, we are delighted!

Thank you for your continued support of the Hatters and we reiterate wholeheartedly, on behalf of all at LTFC, your thanks to the NHS staff and volunteers who are working tirelessly at the L&D and all hospitals nationwide.

COYH!
