After two weeks of having games on a Tuesday evening, Jones has ensured the Hatters have utilised having a full week to prepare for Saturday, before taking on Accrington next week.
He said: "We've used it as a time to get everyone back at it and fit. So we've given them a bit of downtime, some have worked harder than others. We're trying to get to a point like today where we've had the most available we've had for a long, long time. We're almost back to full strength now, so that's pleasing.
"Danny Hylton and Elliot Lee both trained today as well as Lloyd Jones, all we have out at the moment is Luke Berry. Everyone is fit and ready to go, it's just Luke who is a couple of days a way. Everyone trained today, Marek is back, Lee is back and we're a lot stronger.
"We are closer with Luke, sometimes when we really push him he gets stiffness, so we've got to look after him. He's had two injuries, so we've got to make sure he's not pushing himself too hard, so he's available for as much as the season as possible.
"It's good to have Danny back, he's an important player for us, it's just we've got to make sure we're not flogging him. We've just got to be careful with him, it's not a physical thing, it's a neural thing that can come on.
"We've just got to make sure we're doing everything right and he's doing everything right and then we will be ready to go."
The Town had a tough test on Saturday, as they were defeated 3-2 by Barnsley at Oakwell. Jones has now had the opportunity to watch it back and he believes the Tykes were worthy of the win on the day.
"Ironically we could have got something out of the game – I am not delusional in any way," he continued. "They were better than us on the day, more aggression than us, they pressed better, which meant they were able to get more of a foothold in the game.
"Normally we press a lot better, normally we're able to play through a press a lot better. We didn't do that last week, so we've worked on stuff, we've had a few home truths, we believe we're a good side, but that was a real marker for us.
"We fell short on Saturday, but that's the learning curve, that's what we want to continue and improve and keep improving."
