Further to yesterday’s announcement with regards to refunds for season ticket holders we can now inform individual match ticket holders of their options.
As a ticket holder, you have two options available; to take a refund for the value of your ticket(s), or to transfer your refund into a donation back to the Club – which will qualify you for a number of benefits that we trust you will find very attractive.

Many supporters have already generously pledged to donate the value of their ticket back to the Club, and we feel it is only appropriate to offer something back to supporters who choose to provide this additional support at this time.

MATCH TICKET PURCHASERS
*Please note that access codes are only available to match ticket holders for games that are broadcast by iFollow. We regret that in the event that one of our matches is selected by Sky for broadcast, we will not be able to supply match-ticket holders a with a free access code for that match.
TO DONATE YOUR MATCH TICKET REFUND BACK TO THE CLUB – FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS
Decide which area of the Club you would like your donation to be used for, then click here to complete a short form to notify us of your decision.In the event that we do not hear from you by 10am on Tuesday 16th June, your donation will be retained and allocated as the Club sees fit.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Supporters who wish to request a refund must click the link to complete our REFUND REQUEST FORM no later than 10am on Tuesday 16th June. Refunds will be processed in due course, and a member of the ticket office may contact you using the information on the form if necessary.
