Today, we're focussing on 19 year old Joseph, a young man with learning difficulties who is undertaking a 'Supported Internship' at the Club - a programme organised by Central Bedfordshire College.

Since November 2018, Joseph has been helping out our stadium and grounds staff with a number of tasks. In doing so, he has been improving his confidence, and learning a number of important skills in the workplace.
