In a month where six different players received votes, Kal proved an overwhelming winner with 73 per cent of the vote and collects his third monthly award of the season.

Naismith chipped in with a goal against Harrogate Town in the Emirates FA Cup third round, before scoring the all-important winner against AFC Bournemouth in the following match.

He went on to play a key role in wins against Reading and Bristol City, the latter of which he deputised as captain in place of Sonny Bradley.
