Town defender Jack James has once again been called up by the Republic of Ireland Under-19s as they take on Wales.

The 18-year-old has been away with his country on several occasions, including a training camp earlier on in the summer following his debut for the U18s against Romania last Easter.

As a result, the right-back will not be available for the trip to Doncaster Rovers this weekend, as he joins up with the Ireland squad tomorrow ahead of the friendly double header on Sunday and next Tuesday.

Youth team keeper Tiernan Parker has also been called up for international duty, the second-year scholar selected by Northern Ireland Under-19s – who play two games against Slovakia.

Well done on further international recognition lads!
