As advised recently in a club statement ahead of the Coventry match, ticket checking will be undertaken in the ground to ensure that supporters are in their correct seats and certain areas of the ground have not become over populated.

To assist stewards with these checks, season tickets and match day tickets must be carried inside the stadium at all times.

As per the season ticket guidelines, turnstile operators have been instructed to refuse entry at the turnstile if the full season ticket booklet detailing your seat number cannot be seen.

Our turnstile operators will always try to be polite and friendly but they will ask stewards to direct supporters back to the Ticket Office and once details are given and checked a match day ticket for your seat will be issued instead.

If any supporters have arrived at the game without their season ticket or match day ticket at all, again the Ticket Office will try to assist, but doing so will result in additional checks having to be undertaken and may result in a delay entering the stadium.
