Fit Hatters is a FREE health programme supported by the EFL Trust and Sport England for men and women aged 35-65 who are looking to lose weight, get fitter and lead a more active life.

The 12-week programme is delivered by coaching staff from the Community Trust and is based at the stadium. It brings together Hatters fans just like you, who want to lose weight, learn about healthy eating and who are beginning to think about taking part in an exercise programme to get fit.

If you are thinking about making a change, why not drop Beth an email at health@lutontown.co.uk or give her a ring at the community office on 01582 561622.

Each week the programme comprises of 45 minutes in the Eric Morecambe ‘classroom’ and 45 minutes of activity sessions pitchside under the famous Kenny lights.

In August we completed another successful cohort of the programme, with some staggering results across the board. Many of our participants commented on how they got just as much out of the social side of the programme, as well as picking up some great ways of making lifestyle changes that will make a real difference in the long term.

Fit Hatters participant, Brian, said:

Our Fit hatters programme runs all year round in 12 week blocks, with spaces still available for the next cohort starting mid September.
