Tuesday's match against Nottingham Forest marked Nathan Jones' 250th game in charge of Luton Town!

On January 6th, Jones took charge of the club after leaving his role at Brighton and Hove Albion and helped the Town to promotion from League Two, taking charge of 170 matches before leaving for Stoke City.

In his second spell, he helped execute the Great Escape as the Hatters maintained their Sky Bet Championship status, before solidifying their position in the division during the following season.

First game vs Cambridge United - 16th January 2016

Jones began his reign as Luton Town boss with a goalless draw against Cambridge United at Kenilworth Road. He took over with the side 17th in League Two.

First win vs Mansfield Town - 23rd January 2016

Paddy McCourt and Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu helped Jones to his first win a week later away at Mansfield Town.

Top of the league! Exeter City 1-4 Luton Town - 17th October 2017

An emphatic away victory at Exeter City lifted the Hatters to the top of League Two for the first time during the promotion-winning campaign.

Sealing promotion! Carlisle United 1-1 Luton Town - 21st April 2018

The Hatters gained promotion to League One after securing the point they needed away at Carlisle. Olly Lee produced the vital moment in the second half as Town ended a 10-year spell outside the top three tiers.

Pandemonium! Walsall 2-2 Luton Town - 29th December 2018

At the recent 'Meet the Manager' event, Nathan revealed: "I was at my most mental at Walsall away in League 1. I went mad at them at half time because I felt we lost our humility and we don't do that here."

Behind at the break, Town rescued a late, late point courtesy of Kazenga LuaLua's strike which extended their unbeaten run at the time to 12 matches.

Nathan returns - 28th May 2020

Following Graeme Jones' departure during the lockdown period, Nathan returned for his second spell as manager of the club with the challenge of keeping the Town in the second tier.

The Great Escape! Luton Town 3-2 Blackburn Rovers - 22nd July 2020

The miraculous recovery was completed on the final day of the campaign, as the Hatters were victorious in a five-goal thriller against Blackburn Rovers!

Bullseye! Preston North End 0-1 Luton Town - 20th March 2021

The Hatters reached the 50-point mark last season with a first win at Deepdale since 1972.

Derby Day delight! Luton Town 1-0 Watford - 17th April 2021

James Collins wrote himself into the Luton Town history books with a late penalty to beat Watford, with his first touch after coming off the bench!
