Wednesday 22nd November update:
The Ticket Office can advise that some tickets have become available for our fixture on Saturday with Crystal Palace.
These will go back on sale at 10am on Friday 24th November to one-year members (with previous purchase history before 10th May 2023). They will be available online, via the phone and in person.
Diamonds Season Card Holders
From 10am on Tuesday 7th November, Diamond Season Card holders can book a ticket for a guest using one of their Diamond vouchers. They can book via email or, on the phone or in person.
The Ticket Office hold a list of Diamond Voucher usage and will advise if vouchers usage is not available.
Two-year Hatters Members
On Friday 10th November, supporters that have held a Hatters Membership for last season and this season will be able be purchase a ticket for this fixture. You will be able to book online using your unique client reference number, via phone or in person from the Ticket Office.
We recommend you choose to receive your tickets digitally to enable you to print at home or send to any smartphone.
Collection of tickets is available; however, we advise you to collect in advance of the matchday if possible. If unable to do this, we strongly recommend you arrive early to avoid queues at the Ticket Office and at turnstiles.
We will offer postage of tickets ordered at this stage of the Sales plan; however, we recommend digital tickets as a better option due to the time post appears to be taking in some areas.
Hatters Members 23/24 (with a previous purchasing history)
On Monday 13th November, new 23/24 Hatters Members with a previous purchasing history will be able be purchase a ticket for this fixture online using your unique client reference number.
You will also be able to book by phone or in person from 10am until 3pm. If ordering online or by phone, we recommend you choose to receive your tickets digitally to enable you to print at home or send to any smartphone as mentioned above.
General Sale (with purchasing history) or Hatters Members (without a previous purchasing history)
Subject to availability, on Thursday 16th November tickets will be available on General Sale (to supporters with a previous purchasing history) or new Members (without history).
Supporters falling into these categories will be able to book online using your unique client reference number. At this stage Season Card holders can also book additional tickets, but all tickets will need to be assigned to an individual registered on the database.
You can choose to receive your tickets either digitally to enable you to print at home or send to any smartphone. Collection from Luton Town Ticket Office is also available, but we strongly recommend tickets are collected before the day of the game.
This is a Category A fixture. Prices:
Adult - £36
Senior (over-65) - £30
Golden Senior (over-75) - £27
Young Adult (under-22) - £30
Under-19 - £27
Under-17 - £18
Under-10 - £15
Prices are the same in all Home areas for this fixture, including the Bobbers Stand. However, the Bobbers price is an introductory price, that may be subject to change in the future.
Wheelchair and Ambulant supporters in receipt of DLA (Middle or Higher) or PIP will pay one age category lower and are entitled to a Carer to assist if requested.
Buy Backs
Any Season Card holder who is unable to attend this fixture is strongly recommended to contact the Ticket Office to advise. We will then release their seat to enable another supporter to attend.
In return we will arrange for a £10 Buy Back voucher (£5 for Juniors / Youths) to be left for collection at the next fixture. This voucher can be used in either Club Shop or at Catering units throughout the ground. A Buy Back request will need to be received at least 24 hours prior to the date of the fixture.
Changes to Season Card upgrades
The club will continue to allow upgrades of Season Cards this season, however, these will now only be accepted if arranged at least 24 hours prior to matchday. They will NOT be actioned at the Ticket Office on the day of the game.
Season Card holders can request to upgrade their seats (for example, if a child or senior is not attending a game) this season, however, if ticket sales have only reached the Membership sales period, then only upgrades to a Member would be considered.
If sales had reached General Sale, then an upgrade would be permitted, but only to a supporter who is registered on the club database. All tickets will be assigned to the individual, this will assist them to build up their own purchasing history.
