All season ticket holders notified of their return to football ‘Bands’

Supporters placed in Band C have been contacted by email this evening to confirm their inclusion in the third of our three banding groups.

All season ticket holders who completed the ‘Return to Football Survey’ have now been contacted, either as individuals, or via their household / support bubble group leader. If you filled out the form, and notified us that you wished to return to Kenilworth Road, you should now know whether you are in Band A, B or C.

Supporters in ‘Band A’ attended Saturday’s fixture against Preston North End. ‘Band B’ are due to be invited to attend our fixture on Saturday against Bournemouth and ‘Band C’ - our fixture against Bristol City on December 29th.

It is our intention to invite season ticket holders to one in three league games on a rotational basis – maximising our available capacity, (A, B, C, A, B, C and so on). As with our last two home games, invitations will be sent to individuals or group leaders detailing what time they should arrive at a specified turnstile and stand to collect their tickets.

Can’t come? Please let us know!

If you are invited, but cannot attend a match – please contact the ticket office to let us know as soon as possible. If you do not let us know in good time, we are unable to reallocate your seat(s) to other supporters who may be able to attend in your place.

Our ability to open the stadium to supporters is subject to Government and Local Authority announcements as to which level ‘Tier’ Luton will be in. Invitations will only be distributed if we are permitted to allow 2000 supporters to enter the stadium.

Any supporters who completed the survey, but have not received a notification as to which band they are in should contact the Ticket Office via email ticketoffice@lutontown.co.uk or by phone 01582 416976.

Phone lines will open from 11am on 16th December.

We’d like to thank all supporters for their patience whilst this process was carried out, as well as the supporters who came to Saturday’s match, followed the guidance and helped the team to three points against Preston North End.

COME ON YOU HATTERS!
