A BIG THANK YOU TO OUR NEIGHBOURS

Following on last seasons's successful 'Neghbours Day' Luton Town have once again distributed 1,000 letters to neighbouring houses and local businesses ahead of the new season.

Yesterday evening, a team of volunteers hit the streets, hand delivering an envelope containing a letter and a voucher enabling two people to attend this Saturday's pre-season friendly against Norwich City at Kenilworth Road. Work continues to deliver the vouchers today.

The Club has long enjoyed excellent relationships with our neighbours, and we recognise that at times some experience disruption to their normal routine as the ground and the streets surrounding it are prepared for matchdays. This gesture, which takes into account the streets directly neighbouring Kenilworth Road, and the businesses along Bury Park Road, is to thank the local people for their patience and support, by offering them an opportunity to experience a game first-hand.

Last season, hundreds of local residents and business owners took up the offer, and came to the ground to watch the Hatters in action and we're sure we'll have a similar response this year.

We look forward to all supporters back to Kenilworth Road on Saturday.
