10 changes for the Town at Exeter

Seventeen-year-old academy graduate Joe Johnson makes his full Town debut as Rob Edwards makes 10 changes to the side that drew with Wolves in the Premier League on Saturday.

Defender Teden Mengi also comes in for his first appearance as the Hatters face League One side Exeter City in the third round of the Carabao Cup.

Alfie Doughy is the only player who keeps his place in the side following Saturday but despite the 10 changes, the Hatters side remains a strong one, with Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu skippering the side in midfield.

The bench has a mix of youth and experience with development squad players Jake Burger and Jayden Luker joining the likes of Carlton Morris, Amari’i Bell and Chiedozie Ogbene.

Subs: Shea, Ogbene, Morris, Kaboré, Burke, Brown, Bell, Burger, Luker.
